Secret Obsession by Calvin Klein is an update of sorts of one of the most popular perfumes of the 80's from Calvin Klein Obsession. That fragrance evoked memories of carnal and material gratification. Sort of what the 80's were all about. Secret Obsession is more about modern sexuality which is apparent in the advertising campaign starring the ever lovely Eva Mendes. The print ads are black and white and feature Mendes in the throws of rapture looking very sexual and gorgeous.

The fragrance of Secret Obsession is created with mace, vanilla, sandalwood, exotic plum, jasmine, rose de damas, tuberose, orange flower, burnt amber, cashmere woods. Most women report that the fragrance is long lasting. The initial notes are very distinctive and you will be able to discern a spicy fragrance. The base notes are not overpowering and remain fresh even after a few hours.

Interestingly women are reporting that they do not agree with the print ads as being sex in the bottle. This may be the reason some women may be disappointed in the perfume.
